Noosa is the perfect holiday destination for you and your dog!
We understand that dogs are family so why not let them enjoy a holiday too!
If you’re staying in Noosa, there is a dog friendly beach at The Spit . The aptly named ‘Doggy Beach’ is just down Hastings Street. Turn left at the Hastings Street roundabout and keep driving through to the Noosa Woods. Your pup will enjoy the freedom of being off leash and splashing in the water with its new found doggy friends.
Sunrise beach is a residential area with plenty of wide footpaths to take your dog for a walk on leash. Rainbow Park, accessible from Victory Crescent and Rainbow Crescent, is a popular dog exercise area (on leash). Although you can’t take your dog for a walk on the beach here, you can get a great coffee at Chalet and Co. with your friendly pooch. Just down the road, you’ll come to our most favourite dog beach Castaways Beach.
There are plenty of dog owners in Sunshine Beach who enjoy using the local of lead beach. You can walk right to the edge of the Noosa National Park here – a beautiful beach but it does get quite busy so if your dog enjoys its own space, drive an extra 10 minutes to get down to Castaways.
Castaways and Peregian Beach
A very dog friendly part of Noosa. Castways Beach from access 38 to 47 is perfect for a long walk with your dog. It doesn’t get too busy but there will be plenty of doggy friends to be made. If you’re lucky you can watch the kite surfers on a windy day or see the whales from the dunes. You can bring your dog to our Peregian Pet Friendly Holiday Home
